Looks like we have a winner! France’s new president is Socialist ideolog Francois Hollande. He beat the incumbent, Nicholas Sarkozy by a slim margin this past weekend. Many will be watching the markets to see whether or not Mr. Hollande will have changed the spectrum of the world’s economy. Stay tuned.
